If you're accepted as staff, you'll start out as a Helper. Your main roles will be to answer questions in chat, and enforce the rules if necessary. You may also occasionally be asked to help test new work-in-progress features.
You're more likely to be accepted if you have decent knowledge of the server, you're willing to answer questions, and you already have a positive reputation amongst other players.
